I only watched the last 15 minutes of last night's elimination show, and I haven't watched the last several years of Idol, so I didn't know they played the grouping trick before, but I thought it was still so darn cute that when Seacrest tried to make little David choose a group, he just kind of plopped down on the floor where he was.
