Michael Moore on Fresh Air

I'm listening (while stranded at work) to the NPR interview show Fresh Air where Terry Gross interviews Michael Moore. She asks him about the Bush 9/11 seven minutes of inactivity, and I was interested to hear him say that he hoped people would imagine what some other president would do when they were told by their Chief of Staff "A second plane has hit the world Trade Center, America is under attack." As Moore said, certainly they would not sit there for seven minutes.

Of course that's exactly what I imagined: Bill Clinton would have leapt up and gone into action, as would almost any other president.
