There's something weird going on with the mail... everything is slow. I was afraid my mortgage payment was going to be late because it took a whole week to clear. Maybe they're back to checking everything for anthraax or something after the London business.

no, something much more insidious! There is a pervert in your local post office, and he's been licking all your mail. He's probably even taking it home with him for even darker purposes.
I know, I know. It sounds ludicrous. But in fact it happens far more often than you expect. If you think you've got it bad, you should see the look on your mail receipient's faces when they see your mail covered in post office guy drool.
